Exclamation STUBBS SW CAN KISS MY A S S !!!!!!

So I went to Stubbs SW in search of my replacement, and Bob, the sales manager tried to cut me deal, if that's what you want to call it. He said, " we're not charging frieght, so your drive out will be. (drumroll please)...$11,800!!!! WTF!!!!!

I went to Stubbs Telephone Rd, just out of shear boredom, and in less than 30 seconds had negotiated a deal $1,100 less OTD!!!!!

So, BOB, you can KISS MY !!!!!! YOu guys will never see a penny of my money!

Thanks John for your help.

thanks for the heads up. Been there and have to agree they are very proud of the cycles they sell. Maybe they are actually faster.

I would'nt give either stubbs a dime.I've always felt like they were doin me a favor by lettin me walk through their show room. I had a sales guy treat me so bad I told him when I was ready to buy,I not only would'nt buy there, but I would NEVER buy from him no matter where he works.
On the other hand I was treated well by the parts folks, so no offense there. I will consider stubbs for parts for the gsexr.

When i was waiting for the 06 bikes to hit the showroom, I hadnt quite decided on what to get. I had just totalled a 04 Maladin(lady ran a red light-ouch!) and was looking around shops in h-town. I went by SW and they had a Maladin with a Yosh slip on. One of the salesmen, cant remember a name, tried to sell it to me for the list price of the 2006 GSXR due out in less than a month. I tried to be nice and polite, but just laughed as I left.
Guess that pipe made it worth more.

I guess it's all in your personal experience. Some love stubbs some don't. But I think the lesson here is be careful, shop around and don't get too attached to one shop or another. They all will screw you and they all will treat you right... IMO

Yeah eximports is for the porsche crowd. They got a nice show room and sell sweet bikes, but the workin man (I.E. me) can only press his nose against the glass and say "pffft what !!"... even if he don't mean it
