I had mine done by a place on Fairbank n Houston, close to the racetrack(horse). IF you dont' have any luck finding someone or some place, give me a call and I'll find out the number.

I don't think you want to do it yourself. You do have to have the bearings removed/rims naked so to speak. I forgot the price/ pretty expensive (200 for both I think)

I paid $130 for both wheels at a industrial shop by Aldine Bender. I also had frame, brackets, swing arm, and other componets all at a good price done there.
