oh well thats all i can think of with out looking at it do u have a way to get it off the ground? i have a bike jack maybe we could pick it up and shake some things maybe we will find something

nope, and i dont have stands either and ive heard putting spools on 929's are a pain in the @$$

maybe someone stuck some rocks in your exhaust so you wont make it to bike rally. They must have been jealous of your 929 cuz they ride a POS.

I know I had a bike that made alot of noise that I had a hard time putting my finger on. It turned out to be a normal noise due to the hydrolic timing chain tensioner, but there was a fix available. I installed a manual tensioner and no more noise. I would rec. asking Patric since they obviously put there hands on more bikes then most all of us. But I thought this may be the issue.

It's been by here. We looked at it at no charge.
Sounded like it's from the exhaust system somewhere, possibly the HTEV valve or the can.
Will, did you change just the can or the whole exhaust?

Just the can Pat, yeah thanks again for takin a look at her. It may sound strange, but its alot more audible with my helmet on, haha, guess because of the wind.
