Are squids getting squidlier?

We all know squids are going to squid. We see it, we hate it, but we can only embarass so many into gearing up. That being said, has anyone noticed a trend towards even LESS clothing being warn by squids? The jeans and t-shirt is typical, but I swear the new thing is to wear absolutely no eye protection. As in....not even sunglasses. I've actually seen more than one person on the interstate without eyewear on a sportbike. You can't even see! Is this a new trend or not?

No. It's because before you couldn't see over the dash, but now that you got a smaller car, you fit better and can actually SEE the world around you as you drive.

I've seen it before...

For a while the trend I was noticing were those bandanas worn like bandits or the skulls...

I love it when they have no helmet and no eye protection and they come flying by you at like 120+, LETS RACE! I always feel like they are that close to destroying themselves and the bike infront of me, cause how the could they see.

It's your body to risk trashing, but that won't stop me from thinking your stupid for not gearing up when you ride. I certainly won't loose sleep by any means but it is hard for me to understand why people don't protect themselves at least a little.

Is that you wheeling the 50 with no helmet, t shirt and jeans? Seemed kind of like the pot calling the kettle black.

There would be several things on my list... the list of things that when I see them make me smile and shake my head...
like folks riding with a t-shirt, shorts and flipflops...
Obama talking....
and the list goes on...

I see your point but thats certainly not even a decent point of arguement considering i'm in a parking lot going 4-5 mph.

If i'm on a big bike, you better believe i'm wearing gear.

When everyone else's insurance is soo high because of gearless getting killed because they didn't want to wear a helmet, that's when most of us start to care about dumbasses riding without gear.

That's the way i see it anyway.
