is anyone else going out to Luckenbach for the ridin for a reason concert? right now its looking like about seven guys are going with me on the 24th to camp out and the armadillo farm campground right next door and then attending the show at around 3pm.

Just curious to see if anyone else would be out there. maybe we could meet up the night before for a few drinks at the dance hall or the camp ground

isn't this a Stoney Larue concert benefit? If so, I'm jealous. And even cooler that Stoney rides himself.

well the time has come!!! meeting up with the guys in about a half hour and we are rolling out. I'll be sure to snap a bunch of pics at camp and the concert

this is the first trip with a group of bikes that will go further than galveston or Yankees so am looking forward to it. Have been invited in the past just couldnt make the trips.

woo hoo!!!

edit: forgot to mention we have a truck and trailer following us in case any of our rides breaks down lol. something seems to always go wrong on mine so we've already called it

I couldn't make it today, but I was there on Friday and they had flyer's for it everywhere. I went to ride the three sisters but had to be back today.

HEY Dave, thanks for responding. Forget about it, I found out how it was on my own. Next time, bring a helmet for Stoney

haha sorry for the late response, didnt even know anyone posted in the thread.

we had about 12 bikes total, most of the guys I have known for years. Had a great time on the ride out. Drank way way way too much on Saturday night and in the morning all i could think about was getting back home to sleep it off so we didnt make the concert. We soon found out it would be a high of 104 in Lukenbach and at that point everyone else lost all interest in staying for the show.

My girl friend joined me and stayed with me two up all the way there and back. mind you this is on a dropped sporty so it's not that comfy

To my surprise the bike still runs, I did find another oil leak big surprise right!?

Honestly cant wait to get back out on another road trip with some folks. I'm not a gear by any means but was shaking my head when megan and i noticed we were the only ones wearing any sort of gear. Only ones with helmets!!!! out of all the bikes only two people wore lids, her and i
