Has anyone painted or powdercoated their exhaust canisters? If so how did it turnn out/last? Ain't got the bills to purchase new slip-ons or full exhuast. I am looking to change that stock exhuast look, but want to still keep the dual exhuast..go figure. Thanx

What's your time table? Precision does good work, but they also have a 3-4 week turnaround time. I have had several items done at Powder Cote of Texas in Tomball and they got my stuff done inside a week. Pricing/Quality is on par w/ Precision, too...

i dont think you can powder coat exhaust, just paint them. head to autozone and pick up a rattle can of heat temp paint. ive used that before on engine casings, exhaust shields, etc. with great results.

yeah.. i dont know how well it would hold up to the heat.. im sure they have some type of heat resistant coat. jethoting is going to be more suitable

Patrick, Arturo, Max...thanks for the info. I will look into the jethoting, not sure if I trust my abilities with a rattlecan, nor if I can get the color (black chrome?) that I would like to find.
