. Shitloads of work going into that SXV. I couldn't justify cleaning mine to that level, it gets too dirty too fast at the track.

Powdercoating will thicken things, just like paint will. There are high temp masking options to avoid getting powder on areas such as the inner triple clamps where the forks go. The parts I've chosen to powder are the foot peg mounts, handlebar top clamp, etc, so most of that stuff doesn't matter if it has a bit more clearance, as long as the bolt torque is correct. With the top handlebar clamp I'll probably mask the part that comes in contact with the bars to make sure no powder gets around there and the same with anything else that needs strict clearance. Flat stuff its easy, just put it on the metal conduction table and powder the exposed surfaces; the bottoms never gets touched by the powder.
