Tyler, I see that most people here are very concern about you going from a 250 to a 1k.. as I've riding with you but don't know you much I hope that you will respect it.

As I said before.. the bike its one thing.. but the rider is what makes a different on the out come, how you respect that beast is what comes down to.

Be careful and have fun with it... I hope to see you at the track for your first time.. keep in mind that for first timers track days are any where from $50-$75 buxx take advantage of this great deals that our local track providers provides to us.

Take care buddy.

I'm not concerned. Tyler's a smart rider and it's all about throttle control. He'll use his head and do just fine

No no no... there can be only one Bevo on a CBR.

Now as far as clone NewRiders... shoot, those are a dime-a-dozen.

So what if he is riding a cbr1000rr now. I started missing my old beater ninja 250 the second I traded it in. Not that I prefer it to the ducati, but it was still hard letting it go.

Hello Tyler I met you once, on that noob ride with Texlurch. You really seem to be a very smart guy. You were very cautious and asked plently of good questions that day. So it will seem to me that you will be fine on that liter bike. Just respect the power and you'll enjoy it for many years to come.
Congratulations on your new awesome ride! Which in fact is the bike that I want to get one if these days...
In other note, hope you don't give up running completely. You should at least run for the fun of it and for the health advantage it... I still run marathons just for fun
