RACERS ROAD/BROOKSHIRE CURVES CRACKDOWN! #867

Racers Road or Brookshire Curves (one in the same)by Police! Well my trusted source says September 10th and 11th are the days! I STRONGLY encourage you to AVOID this well loved stretch of road for a few weeks (at least). The Brookshire residents are fed up with the early morning rides, accidents, and racing and have saught police and county invovement to reduce the amount of two wheel traffic on this road.

Most of you know the residents have not exactly been thrilled with the two wheel community: putting nails on the road, water sprinkling the road instead of their grass, placing gravel on the roadway and even this last stunt wherein a local resident parked his trailer conveniently in between a set of twisties that almost cost a few riders their lives! All we wanna do is lean a little - mannn!

Anyway, a task force will be in full force with the ability to pull over ANY and ALL bikers to verify tags, insurance, inspection stickers, and whatever suits their fancy that means mo-money for the state! A hauler will be available to tow bikes immediately and any vicarious riding antics will land you in Jail - no ticket - Jail! the block is hot folks and you've been warned! Keep the rubber side down and off this road until the heat reduces from boiling to a simmer!

It's absolutely infuriating that the local residents think that just because they live on a street that they have some kind of business trying to interfere with our fun.

If they didn't want people treating their roadways like a racetrack they shouldn't have moved onto a twisty road.

Don't forget passing on the inside and dragging knee. Preferably both while parking it in a turn.

Sounds like someone needs to load up their GoPro's and go fishing for some youtube video all while obeying the laws.
