it will work, but the learning curve is gonna be higher due to weight and outdated suspension/brakes. These used to be killer stunters when the sport was just getting off the ground, and you can definetly rock some freeway wheelies, but 5 mph circles and harder tricks will take a little finesse. Definetly do-able, just not an F4i.
If the price was right id do it.
