Post 2002 r6 electrical???

First I'd like to say hi, Im new to the site...
But yea, okay So I have a BIG problem, I left out of town for a few days, and when I came back someone took my seat, and some of the electrical under the seat. So I am missing alot but dont know what I am missing, since I have really never looked under the seat...
So I was wondering if either someone could help me by telling me what the two plugs I have missing, are, or if someone could take a pic of the underseat for me, it would be MUCH appreciated, thanx!!!
The first plug is right behind the battery, and the other one is all the way in the back, and I THINK, has two screws... Thanx again guys!!!

Welcome to the Forum!
As for your problem I think it sounds like a job for a Yamaha shop or at least some one with the correct year shop manual.
Sorry I know thats no help but... thats what I do best.

Under the seat of the R6 is the regulator / rectifier. They go out all the time on that model which explains? why some scumbag stole it.
If you can bring the bike by I can look at it real quick for you and let you know what else is missing.
