Sand Blasted on I-10 today.

Was out looking at cars today. My dad decided that I need more than just a motorcycle. So I was riding back on I-10 and the wind kicked up so bad it had me and my mate wobbling all over the lane.

I look ahead and see what I first thought was rain but turned out to be dust. It was like the dust bowl. I think if I didn't have my gear on it would have taken my skin off between the wind and highway.

Anyone else run into it?

The storm front wind was pretty crazy, it picked up a shyte load of sand and painted every one at the Katy peprally the color of high speed dirt! luckily I was already in the car. I hope those full face helmet naysayers are enjoying some of this

I was in it on the bike. Had to lean one side hold the bike straight. Wasn't fun.

Yeah it was horrible went throughout it on the way to the BWW meet. It was on 59 north, 610 and I-10. Plastic, bottles, paper dirt everywhere. Getting sand in the helmet up my jacket. Sucked . We thought it was rain too.. Nope!!

I saw the dark clouds roll in and quickly made my dog go outside to make his business. I then returned to the shelter of my apartment and proceeded to shoot people in the face on xbox live. I am glad nobody got hurt out there.

+1. A Someones house caught fire due to the lighting. A girl made it out unharmed, but 2 fire fighters we injured.

I got a pretty cool shot of the lightning on my phone
