are kidding, we scratched your bike ALL UP. I guess I have to tell the story about what happened here. Blake here wanted us to remove a sticker off the left fairing, the one under the handle bar. We had a employee do this with a heat gun like we always do, BUT this time he put to much heat on the sticker and it bubbled up the paint. Are fault sorry we will fix it. Sucks for us because we were not even charging him for this. so are loss. We then repainted the part but was not to Blake's standers the 1st time, So we had the painter REPAINT it knowing that the customer is very picky. The part came out nice. Blake left the shop happy, well guess that's what we were thinking. Please Blake can you take a pic of the part on your bike and point out were the flew is. If its really that bad.. enough to bash a shop, I will buy you the part myself.
Look bottom line is no shop is perfect, Sometimes happens, all we can do is fix it. I'm sure there are plenty of shops out there that have dropped customer bikes, it happens, we don't want it to but it does.
If you are that unsatisfied with it, MAN up and say something don't go on the internet and bash a company.

Not a very professional public response.

Oh also forgot, Blake what happened when you asked us to install all the other carbon fiber parts AFTER all these major problem you had with us, no biggie, we did it for free because we felt bad about what happened. You say you would never come back and are service sucks but yet when the labor was free I guess that's when it's ok.
Guys every shop has a mishap with a bike here and there, sorry it happens. All you can do is try to fix it as best as you can. With what we did on the repaint and free labor we thought we had fixed the problem, guess not. Like they say you can't make everyone happy.

SO LETS SET THIS STRAIGHT, BLAKE YOU TOOK YOUR NEW BIKE INTO THIS GUYS SHOP, AND WHILE ONE OF HIS EMPLOYEES REMOVED A STICKER THEY DAMAGES THE PAINT, YOUR PAINTER PAINTED IT, PAINT DIDNT MEET THE BLAKES UNREASONABLY HIGH STANDARDS, YOUR PAINTER REPAITED IT. BLAKE WAS OK WITH SECOND PAINT JOB EVEN IF IT HAD FLAWS, BLAKE HAD YOUR SHOP PUT MORE CARBON FIBER PARTS ON HIS BIKE, AND YOUR SHOP DID ALL OF THIS AT NO CHARGE

Ok, first off, why all caps? Secondly, if Pearsons' atrocious spelling, grammar, punctuation, sentence structure, and all around attitude is any indication of the quality his shop puts out, I'd stay the away. If it's not, then they should really consider hiring someone who can form a response indicative of an author with at least a sense of professionalism.

As I said before, no shop is perfect and you cant make everyone happy. Also if Blake would have maned up and said something about the paint or that he was unhappy we would have asked him, "What can we do to fit this". If he would have said "I want a new part, no problem, We would have ordered it. But as I said before, HE said it was ok and after all this happend STILL came BACK to install more part for him. NOW if a shop your up so much you have to get on the net and bush them like a internet tough guy WHY would you ask them to install MORE parts on the bike.
