Yea, I live like 1 mile from them, but have not heard anything good about them. Looking around the Galleria area or Katy area.
Maybe off I-10 West somewhere.

Several experiences with Motorcycles Unlimited, all fantastic.

Only other places I've dealt w/ in Katy area are Wild West Honda and Katy Yamaha. The GM over at Wild West is only concerned with his own arrogant need for self-importance. Katy Yamaha has taken good care of me so far; I'd gladly recommend them as a dealership, but as for the service department... mine's in there right now, will post more depending on outcome.

PS if for any reason whatsoever you go to Wild West Honda, ask for Frank the Gen Mgr. - and punch him for me, would ya? thx

are kidding, we scratched your bike ALL UP. I guess I have to tell the story about what happened here. Blake here wanted us to remove a sticker off the left fairing, the one under the handle bar. We had a employee do this with a heat gun like we always do, BUT this time he put to much heat on the sticker and it bubbled up the paint. Are fault sorry we will fix it. Sucks for us because we were not even charging him for this. so are loss. We then repainted the part but was not to Blake's standers the 1st time, So we had the painter REPAINT it knowing that the customer is very picky. The part came out nice. Blake left the shop happy, well guess that's what we were thinking. Please Blake can you take a pic of the part on your bike and point out were the flew is. If its really that bad.. enough to bash a shop, I will buy you the part myself.
Look bottom line is no shop is perfect, Sometimes happens, all we can do is fix it. I'm sure there are plenty of shops out there that have dropped customer bikes, it happens, we don't want it to but it does.
If you are that unsatisfied with it, MAN up and say something don't go on the internet and bash a company.

OK HERE IT GOES

BOUGHT A 2011 BIKE NEW

PURCHASED UPGRADES ON NEW BIKE
EXHAUST, POWER PROGRAMMER, FILTER .....
ASKED ABOUT TAKING OFF LABELS
ANSWER - " NO PROBLEM "

CALLED AND THEY SAID BIKE WAS DONE

SO I SHOWED UP TO A BUBBLE IN MY PAINT FROM REMOVING A STICKER ABOUT THE SIZE OF A QUARTER AND SCRATCHED MY CLUSTER ON BOTH SIDES FROM REMOVING WINDSCREEN BOLTS

SO I LEFT THE BIKE TO GET REPAINT ON FAIRING AND CLUSTER

IT TOOK OVER 14 DAYS

SO I SHOWED UP TO WHAT I WAS TOLD A FINISHED BIKE

NOPE

FAIRING WAS SCRATCHED ABOUT 1/2" AND PAINT HAD DUST SPECKS ALL IN IT AND THE PAINT HAD RUN MARKS EVERYWHERE
LOOKED LIKE IT WAS SOMEONES FIRST TIME PAINTING
HOW COULD YOU TELL A CUSTOMER HIS BIKES DONE WHEN IT LOOKED LIKE THAT

SO NO IT WAS NOT UP TO MY STANDARDS
IT WAS A BRAND NEW BIKE WITH 300 MILES ON IT
AND YOU SCRATCHED IT UP

2ND PAINT JOB TOOK 16 DAYS TO GET BACK

IT STILL HAS A FEW RUNS AND SCUFFS IN IT
PLUS THE BIKE IDLES LIKE

I'M DONE WAITING ON YOUR SHOP TO KEEP MY UP

THE LEAST I CAN DO IS WARN SOMEONE ABOUT YOUR QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP
