Dunno if you've found a doc yet, but I went to Dr. Jack Jensen both times I jacked up my left shoulder. I also did my physical therapy there as well.

I suffered some shoulder pain after my last crash too. It ended up being a bruised rotator cuff or something. If you put your arm straight out, while keeping it straight, can you raise it above your head? I couldn't and that signified a rotator cuff injury. The cure, apparently, is a couple of specific exercises and time.

Also, when i injured my wrist I guess I favored it so much that I developed tenins elbow. SO maybe you are favoring your shoulder and stressing something around your ribs?

It's gettin' older, aint it?

nope can barely get my arm that high let alone hold it straight and above my head..

my ribs were hurting before but not this bad, I had thoughts that I was favoring the shoulder which was causing my ribs to hurt more

getting old sucks, there's no more bouncing back up like nothing happened

that sucks. With my separation, the pain is non existent now. It is just ugly and uncomfortable to lay on my right side. I don't remember the pain lasting more than a week or two, but I was on pain killers those first few weeks.

Dr. Rechter repaired my torn labrum back in 2009. After a dirtbike race accidnet... I had three shoulder dislocations within 2 months. It was torn about 75%... got 5 anchors/screws. Now my "bad shoulder" is stronger than my unjuried "good shoulder".
