It was a Buell lighting, and I was declared at fault since I entered the median after she did. Gonna part it out. I looked at where she hit the bike today and it was probably 3 inches from my leg, so I'm really lucky to be walking around...

get pics of the cars damage and yours where it happened and hit up the insurance company. the cop wrote me a ticket in my accident and it didnt mean . the lady driver even claimed on my insurance saying i rear ended her . it all got switched up and she ended up being at fault in their eyes.

glad you are okay. that bike looks toast

so wait was the cage in the turn lane and you cut them off and got rear ended? thats what it sounds like to me when you state that she was already in the turn lane.

I was crossing rayford. There was 3 lanes of stopped traffic because of a light. The cars left room for me to go in front of them, as I did I looked into the median and did not see anyone. As I proceeded slowly forward, as soon as my front wheel entered the median i got smacked in the front of the bike. Hit so hard it snapped the swingarm mounts.
