Eagles Canyon Raceway

http://www.eaglescanyon.com/

It's up near Denton. I think I make it to Denton in about 5 hours for the TMGP races. Not too bad. Looks like it's gonna be a fun one.

I heard about this from Mike at Ride Smart.
I think they are going to (or trying to) have some trackdays next year.

Wild Looking Track I wonder if they are going to put some kind of wall up where the track meets in the middle? Denton, dang can't someone build a track in Corpus or at least San Antonio?

Man, I just did a map quest and it is even further than Cresson but it is real close to cresson. Why would they build a track so close an existing track? I mean Austin and San Antoinio have alot rich folks in them why not build a track there?

Because the rich folks in Austin and San Antonio don't want to build a track there. I'm sure that the cost of land has a lot to do with it.

My buddy Marv has been to EC several times now and is all set to join this weekend. He calls everytime he's there and you can hear the excitement in his voice. He's a member at Cresson and says it blows away anything he's seen anywhere. The track is being built to FIM standards and will be the best shot we have of seeing AMA or even MotoGP in Texas. Fortunately I'll be Marv's brother in law for family deals..................... Interesting to hear what's up with LMP, I thought Marcus had it set to go.
