Have you recently replaced the lever or went down on that side?

What Patrick is alluding to is a bent brake lever. It sounds like the front brake is not releasing all the way. Look where the lever comes in contact with the master cylinder. The part of the lever touching the master is likely bent in just a tiny bit. This all happens with poorly manufacturer brake levers, i.e. Pazzo knock offs made in china. They are machined incorrectly.

Probably just the clogged passageway between the reservoir and the piston. If you open the cap and SLOWLY pump the brake lever you will see fluid go in and out. If not, one of 2 or three things is up...hole is clogged, lever won't let piston return all the way, or piston is not moving freely to neutral position. All 3 are relatively easy fixes.
