looking for good repair shop/honest person

have a 97 gixxer 750 and am having some mechanical problems. The bike wont idle right,i cleaned the carbs and adjusted the throttle cable and still no go. Now after i hit the throttle it revs quick but hangs at around 3-4k revs and then goes down after about 5 sec. I need some suggestion on what to do or who can fix it up for a good deal. Maybe the carbs need to get re-jetted?? Only mods are exhaust and was installed several years ago.thanx and lemme know.

Uuuhh, no....

Sounds like you either have a vacuum leak or your pilot circuits are still dirty.
