Spending more than $200 on a ring is an absolute waste of money. First off, girls that want huge rings sicken me. If anyone woman WONT marry w/o a huge ring they can fall off a house....a tall one. I don't care what anyone tries to tell me, but the value of a ring holds nothing to the value of a relationship. I really think the more you spend, the quicker the relationship is doomed.

I dunno I sold mine to a jewelry shop but I didn't get back for it looking back I got ripped off... I wish I never woulda sold it I ended up getting back with my former fiance and she was super when she found out I sold it...
in fact its a couple years later and she is still about it.
I'd keep the stone, get a new ring for the next chick.

And this is why I wont get married. I would love to find the special someone to spend my life with, but i rather lose a "cooking mate" then lose a years salavery dropped for rings and other fun stuff.

Not to mention that weird itch you wake up with one day.

I think im the poster child for a dad who will just adopt a kid. no strings attached yet you still have a little to continue your legacy.
