Question Monday night car meet

Every Monday night there's a good sized car meet at the Jason's Deli on I10 between Gessner and BW8. Saw a few bikes tonight and rode last weekend.

Domestic and import meet. Do y'all go to these kinds of meets?

That's the rice killer meet I believe. Haven't been to one in a year or so. Was pretty lame though.

the meet has been cancelled due to it's size and they are looking for a bigger lot where we are all welcome. i posted up a thread in the car section with pics

there were over 400 car/trucks and some of the businesses didnt like it lol. HPD did like that we did not have any issues with people racing/wrecking acting a fool.

it's a meet presented by rice killer , found it funny that half the meet was exactly that RICE

and i would suggest not bringing minis out to this event as it would only cause problems, on top of that the guys pitch in and hire HPD to keep people in check

the meet has been cancelled until further notice. HPD will run you off for trespassing

from the site itself http://www.ricekiller.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=111323
Attn Houston: This is very important guys, unfortunately we have to stop Houston Ricekiller events until we find a new location. Metro just notified me that sports authority and the rest of the shops complained about customers not being able to park. The metro national manager for the parking lot did not complain, he was ok with us (we were awesome and mature), but he does have to take into account the business's that are paying for that lot. Hopefully this is the first big step for the Ricekiller.com and The Houston Car scene to find a new location and make this event bigger and better. So As of today we will stop the monday night meet until we find a new location! DO NOT GO OUT THERE, IT WILL BE CONSIDERED TRESPASSING FROM NOW ON AND HPD WILL KICK YOU OUT!

I thought I had seen that bagged suburban on here somewhere... Nice ride.
If anyone has suggestions for a new meet feel free to let me know and I'll pass the word.

Thank you . Needs fresh paint and a body drop, also noted this evening it needs air in one of the rear tires

Hope this meet gets going again!
