Loctite fixes yet? Fcr was a nice Edition to mine. Brakes were never really an issue one I put decent lines and pads.

No loctite fixes yet. Probably next oil change I'll do it.

The master cylinder just doesn't do it for me. I'm use to my ZX6r I guess, I want it to feel like Brandontx husky or MR F BMW xmoto brakes

Heck yeah man, but when are you ever truly done with a bike? Only when you sell it and move on, then it's someone else's project

Okay, go big bore, and see how reliable it is and the only thing the rotax ever needs other than oil changes and valve clearance checks is water pump, and that's less than $80 in parts. The rotax 650 has been around long enough that the parts that wear frequently are readily available, and don't cost an arm and a leg.

Someone thinks they know everything about everything

As long as I say below a 40cc big bore and don't stroke it I shouldn't have any reliablility issues

although I will say in it's defense, drz's with the 440 kit are amazing, almost feels as torquey as the bmw which has another 210 cc's on it. Top end leaves something to be desired, but the low end is awesome.

At least you're doing it right, the 440's will still have an effect on reliability, but it's nothing like how bad it gets with the 470 kits.

A used R6/R1 brembo or a new Braking MC I need to make a WTB thread on here for the R6 one. I'm sure someone has one laying around
