on the way to coffee an cars........

louettta coming up to 249 feeder road, hopped over couple lanes to go in the gas station and a minivan slammed into my rear tire threw me off the bike and pushed the bike over hard (no frame sliders ) was wearing full gear excluding gloves. just a little bruised up along with my dignity. just got my bike together 2 weeks ago after sitting up several months and now this need left hand controls, mirror, radiator, fairings, foot peg, and handle bar. ima be watching the parts section like a hawk or if yall know someone with these parts please let me know. glad i was fully geared and im ok. Cause if they did stop and they do have insurance just let the insurance take care of fixing the bike.

If it wasn't your fault then why even bother looking for the parts? Let their insurance handle up.

i'm curious as to who was at fault too. i was put at fault per the "witnesses" when i wrecked but after two weeks of fighting with insurance and doing my own investigating taking pictures of the truck at their house it was turned around and the ticket dismissed in court.

by you posting this i am assuming you werent messed up too bad or at all. regardless go to the ER and get checked out.
