"no bro it is not a brag ,,,,,not at all , but i mean we ride fast all the time , i know in ct over 120 u lose ur license and might go to jail , so if u are going faster than that u are not going to stop and lose ur license of a year , do u understand where im coming from .......... the rush of going fast will get u in trouble , and at the same time u dont want to risk loosing ur license"

better to lose your license, than your life or risk taking someone else's.
Speed kills, and all it takes is 1 tiny mistake.

No worries, welcome to town. Cops don't usually have to chase too long as rider usually fscks up and kills or hurts themselves pretty early in the chase due to unforeseen circumstances such as the lovely road conditions we have, or they run into the back of another car that they didnt see at ludicrous speed.

Btw, what kinda bike you have? I have some friends looking for parts

True. always a major section somewhere that's underconstruction.
...and I've experienced that second part.

Texas lawmen love to chase, if you want to know what they are like, give it a try. Don't expect any mercy when they tackle you to the ground and beat the out of you and break your arm in attempt to handcuff you for running from them. Charge you with every offenses in the book, confiscate your bike and years of jailtime and fine. For a freaking ticket, good choice.

Welcome to texas, running here is a felony misdemeanor, so you will have a record for life.
Also legal here is for you to be "bumped" by the police car or have spikes put across the road in front of you. You can be brought to jail here at the discretion of the officer.

It is a felony offense, there is no such thing is felony misdemeanor. Either it is a felony or misdemeanor and definitely not the latter.

My bad, I believe it's a class C felony then. Either way it's on your record.

So I don't know the EXACT terminology, BUT if you attempt to evade arrest in Texas it is a felony.:BangHead:
