Typically to get a bike out of impound it will have to be released by the owner, who will have to provide proof of ownership to have it released. I'm sure there will also be a tow bill and impound and storage fees. Don't be surprised if they rack up in the $500.00 - $600.00 range.
I'm out of town till late tomorrow but I maybe able to get it Tuesday.
Becca, I sent you my cell. Pass it on to Erics wife if she needs it.

Just called the ICU nurse for an update.
Nothing new really, he's sleeping. Lily is still there with him.
I'm glad he was able to get comfy enough to sleep (or they gave him more guuuuud drugs)

But on top of that you'll have the tow charge which has to be paid at the same time.
The best thing would be to call down there and find out A) What proof will they need to release it and B) How much wis it going to be for everything.

Brena, thanks for the news.
Are there any details on why he's in ICU?

man....i hope he is ok

i was one of the ones there and that was the scariest event ive ever witnessed......all i knew to do was call 911 bec. 2 guys were already holding him.

ive been down hard enough to break my back so i know what its like to be stuck in a hospital when all you wanna do is get up and go ride!

once we find out when and if they are going to move him and once he begins to recover a little we should definently get a group together to go see him, i think that a decent sized group going in a few at a time to see him and his family would be a huge encouragement.

Trying to find out abotu which impound and such and waiting for his wife to call me back with that info. As far as ICU from what I gathered its because of the bleeding from his ears they wanted to keep a close eye on him.. I did not want to ask her to much because she is being so strong and I know this has got to be hard enough for her and dont want her to get or stressed out and not talk to us at all.. So I am taking what is given to me and letting her know everyone is praying for him and if she needs ANYTHING aat all we will try to get it for her.
