no more lead law on mini bikes
Thank US House for supporting Lead Law fix billH.R. 2715.
On Aug. 1, Reps. Mary Bono Mack (R-Calif.) and G.K. Butterfield (D-N.C.) introduced H.R. 2715 to grant the exemption. The measure earned House approval later in the day and now goes to the Senate for consideration. For more information on H.R. 2715, click here.
Please take a moment to thank your Representative for supporting H.R. 2715 and encourage collaboration with the Senate to ensure this legislative fix becomes law.
A pre-written thank you e-mail is available for you to send your Representative immediately by following the "Take Action" option and entering your information. The American Motorcyclist Association (AMA) encourages riders to personalize the pre-written message as much as possible by drawing on your youth-riding experiences.
Thank you for getting involved in the fight to save youth riding.
