My surprize

I went out today to take a spin on the bike and to be honest I think I wasted all my adrenaline high on the run and fall out of the garage when I was greeted by this huge spider waiting for me under my bike. I bent down to unlock the cable lock under the bike and he was right on top of the lock. That's security in my book. Incase you can't tell how big he is, after killing him with a can of brake clean, I pulled him out with a pair of "long" pliers and sat him on the disc you see him on in the picture. The disc is a 3" sanding disc and he was at least a half inch bigger all the way around the the disc. Look close in the second pic and you can see his eyes.
I Hate Spiders!!!!!!
Any one know what kind of spider this is?

When I got about a foot from him you would have thought he would have ran but all he did was raise his front 2 legs up in the air as if to say back off and I did. But that is my bike and I was not about to let him get up inside it. I would crash if something like that climbed out while riding.

LOL!

well if that WAS a hobo spider, they produce some nice bites very comprable to the brown recluse. does it have two HUGE evil looking "hooks" on the front? if so, its a hobo.
