Exclamation Is this the right place for this Pic?!?!?

Found this sucker in El Paso, TX. Had breakfast at Denny's and noticed this beast when leaving the parking lot.

Question is: what is it considered? bike or car?

EDIT:
Just stared at the pic more and I think he should have kept the controls in the handlebars... to make it more of a bike than a car...

Do people walk by and say "Awesome!!" ??? What spiritual demon posses a man to make him create such an abomination? LOL

agreed. I've had it since april and it's nothing major when it comes to problems (other than blowing a head gasket), little things here and there that keep happening. Figure it comes with the age of it, before long it will be a new bike .

They are just so much fun to ride versus say a "650r" that its all worth it (yeah, the kawi is fun in its own way). Just hearing that motor run and crusing through the gears on a HD is a blast.
