I told him about salt tabs....

This is very correct. I've been running marathons for six years now. And the first think I learn was that if you drink too much water you dilute the sodium in your body. And low sodium is the number one cause of muscle cramps. Texluch is right, you have to drink water and Gatorade. But in these really hot days like we had over the weekend, I suggest drinking a 1:1 ratio of water and Gatorade.
Sorry to hear about the two that went down and I'm glad it was not any worst. Speedy recovery to both of you.
Atleast it sounds like y'all had fun! Wish I could have made it.

The entire front fairing of my bike (what shows in my avatar) is effed. I'll probably convert it to a streetfighter front.

Otherwise, bend the gearshift straight and I'm good to go.

The wife wants me off the road. I'm not getting rid of the bike, but I may keep it on the track from now on. Haven't decided yet.

Chris, thanks again for organizing the ride. It was the most fun I've had in a while.

Yea I was behind you in the beginning(just a minute) of Sundays ride. I'm uploading that video know.

It may take a bit for it to become active. Youtube seems to be stuck on 98% processing. finishing up now here's that link

The only video that I have already uploaded is of the Lime Creek run that we made late on Saturday. HMFIC is right in front of me. Unfortunately we are going right into the sun and that plays havoc with the camera. Some of it is good. Other stretches are really dark. Then near the end my camera shut off. Here's that link.

I'm also uploading the run that we made up and down LC Rd. One for up and the one of me all by myself on the way down. WWWeeEEEEeee. Ohshit!!!!!!! WWWWwwwwWEEeeeEe
