Houston to Baytown Ride

Can anyone tell me how the ride is from Houston to Baytown?


Planning on going tomorrow morning to check out a some parts. I bet it's real fun riding down I-10 for an hour!

? Baytown is like 20 minutes from the loop. Not much of a ride and no good roads once you get there.

With light traffic kind of boring. I usually go past it and Anahuac for my shrimp run to Galveston, er Bolivar.

yeah, the ride wasn't "bad" but it wasn't "great." Sigh, Galveston/Kemah it is! (next time)

I drive from Spring to Baytown everyday, what time frame are you going to be doing it? Its really a mellow ride unless you do it early in the morning when the sun is coming up and right in your face. Otherwise, traffic isnt really bad. *knock on wood*

Not really a fun ride no matter what road you take. Once you get into Baytown there are some decent roads if you know where look. But decent at best.
