Update:

Insurance company called... and decided that it was their clients fault... No shurlock...

an adjuster is supposed to look at my bike today, so I will know if its gonna be totaled or fixed soon.

Glad you are okay, btw you probably know but you are not required to have their adjuster check out the bike in person, you can send pictures over and get a quote from whoever you want and send it over! along with leg-rash bill (that's if you want to).

I almost got rear ended waiting on sage light on westheimer this past saturday. woman stopped less then a foot away from my bike , have to admit saw her dumb coming i almost myself.. lol

always some scary stuff in those rear mirrors... Idiots are procreating and are multiplying...
