I'm not defending either party, just simply saying a mob mentality is stupid.

Yes they can;
Ultimately a judgement call, but there are tell-tale signs;
Sure they would;

If I owned a motorcycle dealership, and covered labor on three different $300 repairs, then each of those motorcycle owners referred a friend to my dealership because of their good experience, and each friend bought a motorcycle, I just made at least $12000 (assuming they all bought 250s) thanks to a $900 investment.

Just an example, but still. Good business is good business.

i am not in the motorcycle business but the reality is, maybe instead of 3 friends he will need to bring in 9 friends and hope that 1/3 of them got approved for a loan to make it work, also i am not sure about the profit margin of the bikes but of the 12,000 total invoice deduct the actual bike cost, rent, utilities, salary for 30 employees and advertisement fees, not sure how they can make money.

They definitely won't make any money, if those are the only three sales that they ever make.

It's a catch 22. I think understanding both sides makes things clear. He git free parts, but paid for service. That's not entirely unfair.

But as a business owner, I know I have to take care of my customers. Sometimes compromise is the only solution, sometimes I give freebies. Sometimes I don't.

A mob bashing the shop doesn't get anything accomplished.
Dont think its mob bashing, but do know that alot of folks on here wont be going by your buddy anytime soon.
