Suzuki pulled this way back in the early 2000s on Busas that having 2nd gear problems and left many holding the bag...

Mancuso's should really eat the crow on this if Yamaha doesn't stand behind it..... its called CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SALE..... a practice that is no longer alive...

I cant begin to know how you feel man. If you havent made youre 1st payment yet I would just return that POS and tell them both to get . I have put WELL over 20k on my 14 and have yet to EVER have any clutch issues. When i did have a issue with a valve cover gasket Kawasaki SHIPPED me a replacement even after my warranty had expired. FURTHER more when my motor seized after a bolt back out and fell into my cylinder both kawi and the shop covered EVERYTHING which was pretty much a new motor. Hope all will end up working out for you. As far as yamaha AND mancuso..... i will never purchase a product from either one of them again.

Pick it up if so. I'm sure someone on here would help get it to another shop.

so how did you "force it" into N?

strange

I've got 22k miles on my kawi and no clutch issues, actually no issues w anything.

As far as the customer service is concerned, they have probably labled you as a problem customer in their system. If you were cussing or calling anyone names it may be the reason why.

I would just pay the money to get it fixed ($160 right?) and you can later decide if you want to file in small claims for the money (make sure you do this right)...but you better have everything documented. Start logging when you call, who you speak to, the time of day when you call, take photos, send a demand letter 1 via us mail and another us mail certified with signature requirement.

Also, send a real letter to the mfg, two copies. one regular mail one certified with signature required reporting the issues with the bike and customer service.

if they f you around report everything to the BBB and call that lady on TV who helps people with this type of junk I forgot her name
