JUST KIDDING! DONT DO THAT ! ! ! insurance co had nothing to do with it, and they are the last that should have to pay.
LMAO at step 3. Wonderful.

Dude, that's so ... Honestly, it obviously has nothing to do with me at all, and I'm honestly sitting here a little steamed about that. Do they not even answer your calls, or what? They have you on some list of people whom are to be ignored? That's totally .

Yamaha might make a great motorcycle, normally, but seeing the way they've you over, EVEN IF they DID cover everything, treating you that way means that I will never buy from them... Not even a freakin' piano. Or flute. Or whatever other they make.

As far as Mancuso goes... Some like them, others hate them. I hate them. When I went to buy my Two-Fiddy (which didn't end up happening), I ran to go take care of insurance while the salesman (Frank) and my credit union got their paperwork with each other out of the way. Found out later on that Frank tried to convince the agent at the credit union to hold off until the next day, because it was close to closing time, and he wanted to go home.

Piece o' . I guess he just didn't want to make money? When I found out about that, I swore to myself right then that I'd never ever buy anything from them, or deal with them, ever again. I know this may be a bit of an overreaction, but it just REALLY rubbed me the wrong way. Here I am, a young boy, about to get his first motorcycle, obviously way too excited, and you would rather go home than stick around an extra hour and take the money that I was all-too-happy to give you.

OP, I truly feel bad that you've had to persevere through this shitstorm so far, and your results have still been less than acceptable. I hope things start looking up for you, bro. Honestly, if there IS a way, I would also suggest finding a way to just get out from under the bike, and go to a different dealership, and buy a different brand.

Good luck, man.

Go hold a sign outside of Mancuso.

"I bought a new R1 and it doesn't work now with less than 500 miles on it.Mancuso nor Yamaha will cover it even under warranty.Buy a Honda."

Burning new to post other than I still don't have the bike yet. And when I call yamaha I don't get anywhere. I've been hung up on, and refused to transfer me to anybody else, and refused to key speak to a manager.

iio don't know what to say.

This problem seems like it's getting out of hand. Just get a lawyer. You won't have any worries after that.

(oh FYI, Mancuso has been moving to a new location for the past week or so)

I've been in the new building just to check it out. Holy pushy salespeople! I've been there twice, and had to deal with the token "can I help you find something?" guy following me around. Been there, done that. No need to go there ever again.

This might be a long shot but try submitting your story to consumerist.com. They are a very popular blog for consumer rights and they eat stories like this up.
