I wash thinking that too....is it just a rumor????? if so, and you make him do the test and comes negative, you could have a field day with the guy and his attorney 9i'm sure he'll get one ).....he may say that you are discriminating him or something.

ohh man, someone is going to loose his Job. If he is never stoned at work and it doesn't affect his/her performance you may want to think about it. If it does then get him.

Don't you need a court order for that? By that I mean:
Your skin around your spine will be cleansed and covered. You will be given a local anesthetic to numb the area. A long, thin hollow needle is then inserted in your low back between two bones in the lower spine and into the space where the CSF is. The spinal canal is penetrated and fluid is collected. One to two tablespoonfuls of fluid are withdrawn. The spinal cord is never touched.

It does effect his performance,

That is why this is a problem.

That and with what I do it is a huge liability if someone gets hurt.

Then an out of the blue test should be on the way just to back up your actions.

If he is has poor work performance, why bother with a drug test? That is reason enough.

You said, you only heard that he was a crackhead.
