Bike Off: Choose One

I'm just looking for opinions from local guys on some different bikes.

Say you were in the market for a new 2011 bike. You walked into a showroom, and these were the bikes you had the choose from. You want a bike that you will use for street riding, as well as track riding. So take that into consideration. Your split would probably be something like 70% street and 30% track. Choose one, and give your opinion as to why

Ducati or Aprilia, but most likely Ducati. Not KTM, I'll stick to their offroad/supermoto, but others do street bikes better.

Bike(s):
- The bike I own
- All the bikes I used to own which I still list so everyone on the forums will know how cool I am

Don't really see how you could go wrong with any of those choices. All great brands, all using top dollar components. I guess it would come down to the pros vs cons of each bike. For example, I know KTM has a lot of weird tuning issues with some of their other bikes, if this was a problem on the RC8 (i personally don't know whether it is or isn't) that would be a mark on the cons...
