Im having a "rough day......"

lets start with yesterday...I woke up at my normal time of 6:20am.....went to work and got off around 5:30, I was notified that I had to be BACKat work at 4am in the morning. Got home about 7:30ish pm Since I normally dont go to sleep till 12 or 1...my body can not just "go to sleep on demand at 8pm"

I had to get ready for work at 2:30 this morning to be at work at 4....... Im still working... looks like I wont get off till 8ish..... that puts me home at 9ish..

There is a chance that Ill have to wake up at 4am tomorrow morning, to be at work early again.

cliff notes, chris is tired as all get-out. no sign of good sleep in sight.

Just in case you're like me and have trouble interpreting what they say. Brena23 says it's ok to print it out and keep it in your wallet too.

I have trouble going to bed early so i can wake up. I tried a couple different sleeping aids; ambian, lunesta, lortab... I think that lunesta worked the best for me. It let me wake up energized in the morning. But you have to be sure you can devote 8 hours to sleep when you take it.
