soo.. anyone know why Spies kicked towards Simoncelli after the race? Joking/ serious? Couldn't figure that out.

As far as I know, Edwards, Spies and Simoncelli are good friends. Not sure if they still do it, but, last year when they were all on satellite teams, they had a bet that the one that finished last buyed the drinks for the other two.

That being said, I think Spies was horsing around.

great pass, too bad he fell off the first half of tghe race. if spies had the pace the whole race he could have battle up front with the hondas maybe.

my impression was that it was just an outburst of emotion after having dropped off by like 8 seconds and catching back up to simoncelli and being able to make that pass on the last turn.
