I am in the market for some leathers. I need advice on what to buy and sizing maybe. Not sure how to decide what size. I am 5'11" and 195 lbs.

I think its just like jackets. Brands sizes vary. Make sure you check out the manufacture sizing charts.

I like my alpinestars suit. I've heard nothing but good things about the arlen ness suits (will most likely replace mine with AN when the time comes). Ride Smart taichi is another really good suit, pricey though.

I went with a custom suit from spartanleathers.com. My full suit custom tailored to my freaky porportions was $699.

I was looking at a Cortech suit. Everything I have owned from Tourmaster I have liked. Anybody have an opinion on the Cortech suit?

I have an ugly Frank Thomas suit, that will likely fit you. I'll make you a screamin deal just to get you on the track...
PM me if your interested.

I am 5'11" and 200 and I am right at a 48 with a back protector underneath. I wore this size in 2 or 3 brands that run more "American" size fitting. Like Fieldsheer, Komodo, A*, & Frank Thomas.

Careful with the online size charts as not always they are right. I use Dainese Jacket and pants in size 52 and ordered a 52 Dainese Laguna Seca Pro one piece after checking size chart online and all. I returned it twice already (even the 54 would not fit). I am currently waiting the 56

I am also 5'11" and wt 175
