rattling in the valve cover of f4i! advice?

i think its my cam chain adjuster but i tried that and still making sound! anyone have any experience with this problem?

Its your cam chain all f4i's have this problem get a manual cam chain tensioner and keep adjusting properly. If you have replaced with a new oem it could be that your chain is too loose. If this is the case then I would replace the cam chain soon.

i tightened the cam chain tentioner and that didnt help it! @prodigy i think i need to replace the chain...thanks for the help guys
