Pirelli Supersport Tires

Cycle Gear is having a special on these tires. I just wanted to know what the difference b/t Diablo Corsas and Diablo Supersport was? Are the supersport as good as the M3, Pilot Powers, or Corsas?

Would they be good for a trackday for a average rider?

I just got off of the phone with Patrick (Motorcycles Unlimited) and he mentioned that this tire is comparable to the M1. Pirelli owns Metzeler so that is why they are the exact same except for the tread pattern. For everyday riding this tire is good but it will wear fast in the middle. :BangHead: It would be not so good for a trackday though. Now I am back on the fence with the M3.

I just double checked the book to be sure. these are the EXACT same tires i just got, the diablo street tire. according to pirelli, these tires are designed for the street, but are considered an "entry level" trackday tire.

from my personal experiance, these tires feel GRRRRRRREEEAAAT!!!!!

they dont have the superfast "tip in" that the powers have, but i feel like they stick better. ive had a fresh set of powers before too, and i prefer these diablos.

that is a really good price for them too, i would tell yall to get a couple sets if you can afford it.

I would not buy a couple of set b/c the tires date stamp may be old and out dated. That is another reason that they blow them out like this. Just my .02.
