Thanks Chris...recovery is underway....I've been to 2 PT appt. in the last week and returned to work today after a week + a few days in the recliner.

Pics always make threads better, so here's a couple....The pic where I'm standing is the morning of the surgery....the following 2 pics are 2 days after surgery. Fun stuff!

PT SUCKS...Never thought I'd sweat utilizing the 5 lb weights on a cable machine, but I did. Now I need to go buy one of those aerobic ...it will help with getting motion back as I "walk it out and back in" with my heels while lying on the floor....fun stuff.

For sure....
Get a stool with wheels and sit and walk while sitting rolling around the kithchen. It helps allot. I remember after mine i had too. Then free standing squats, i thought i was in the gym. It sucked but it worked.

The chick doing my PT is pretty nice...and I know she tortures me for my own good....when I'm there at the facility doing excercises it's a feel good kinda pain...just doesn't feel the same when lying on the living room floor....it's more pain than rewarding at home....Weird, I know.

got one of those therapy/bouncy from a co-worker, should make doing "homework" from the PT a bit easier.
