Drivers suck.. again.

People can just really suck.

I was in the turning lane last night to pull into a gas station waiting for traffic to pass. There were cars turning onto my road and as soon as they were done, oncoming traffic got the green light and then they came, I was about a block from an intersection.

The first vehicle was this pick up that was being driven by some punks. The driving turned onto my lane suddenly going like 55 and and got back over right before he hit me. I was about to jump off the bike, too.

They passed by laughing.

I just sat there for a little while fighting the urge to chase the down, it would have gotten incredibly ugly. I have not wanted to very seriously harm someone in a long time.

I truly believe if I had followed them and caught them, I would be in jail this minute. I truly know I would.

A couple of ladies pulled over behind me at the gas station to tell me they got the plate numbers and if I needed them to call the cops. They were super nice asking if I as OK. The passenger screamed cause she thought I was going to get hit and the driver slammed on the brakes to avoid hitting me when I got thrown into their lane. They were going the same direction as me.

I swear if I didnt have kids and a wife those punk's lives would have changed for ever, one way or the other, last night.

You know, Austin for as friendly as folks are here, turn into complete when they get behind the wheel.

Never seen anything like it. People cold not get any friendlier, kinder, helpful. But , must be oppressing anger that they let out on the road.

I have been all over the place an have never seen anything like this.

i ran across something like the other day on 1431. some douche in a tahoe tried passing 6 of us and almost hit someone head on but i slowed down just in time for him to cut in and then he proceeded to run off the side of the road kicking rocks and other debris up and then whipped a complete u turn in front of me and started heading back the other way. i know how you feel wanting to up someone's day. there are A LOT of kids in this area.

Not too far from my incident. I was on University Blvd which is 1431, just different name East of 35. Not too far from the movie theater.

I had something like that happen to me too...

Guy in a 2000ish Wrangler was driving next to me, he was doing about 40ish i was going 45 so i am one my way to passing him(2 lane road him in the right lane me i the left) I am at his drivers door when he proceeds to change lanes into me. I see it happening so I roll my throttle a little(seriously nothing crazy) just to avoid getting run over. So I continue to drive with out giving a second thought to it. Well about 1.5miles down the road he catches up(i have moved into the left lane) and he swerves from the right into the left coming about a foot away from me the changing back while proceeding to flip me off and motion for me to follow him, me feeling generous, I accept his offer. He starts to turn into a neighborhood but has to wait for a break in the cross traffic and it gives me a chance to pull in front and get into the neighborhood first the entrance and exit are seperated by a median. So I proceed to use my bike to block the whole entrance lane making him stop behind me. I get off my bike and go to his window where some words are exchanged(he accuses me of the whole thing) so I starting hitting his mirror and window before I left. Now I am not saying do this, looking back super dumb, but I knew if worse came to worse I had my Glock.

You guys have gotta think.

I know are , understand that I'm hateful enough to hate everyone who drives in Houston. But if you shoot someone... It's gonna be your fault, no matter what. I'm not saying don't go that mother up... Just don't shoot him. o.O
