How to tell if bike is damaged?

So a friend took my bike out for a test run and ran up a curb (head on) at about 10-15mph at most. The bike landed in a tall patch of grass and no scratches to paint. Just handle bars and mirrors need re-alignment.

I tried riding it after all that happened and it seemed to ride fine . . . but would it be possible there are hidden damages? Perhaps to the suspension or any of the lines (brakes, clutch, etc)?

Also the heel shifter got bent inward toward the engine and the front fender is bent up. Can I just bend all that back?

I'd just replace the shifter. And on the front end if you don't see the forks are bent and it rides fine, it's fine. Get up to about 45 to 60 and see if your front end shakes any if not your fine.
