We will keep him in our prayers.
He did say that his back hurt and that is all he was complaining about.

It was a great ride and a pleasure to meet each of you.
I wish it didn't end that way

Man! That is lucky, especially if he split his helmet.

It was great meeting you all. I had a great ride after not having ridden in the past month and a half. I had to split up from the other groups because 3090 was calling my name. What a beautiful day to ride.

I sure am sorry Thurn got hurt, but thankful he is not worse. He is in our prayers, keep us updated.

Yeah, but unfortunatly it was on my side of town so I would have to ride through it just to get up to the meet point. Maybe if I had some rain gear I would have tried, but riding in wet clothes in this cool weather is not really my idea of fun. It sucks I didn't get to meet any of you, but I did at least get a good little ride in this afternoon up near navasota with a buddy of mine.

Rebecca called and told me about the accident, she's leaving the hospital now and will post an update once she's home. My prayers are with Eric and his family. Glad to hear that he's going to be alright and made it through accident without more serious injuries.

The group was a bit large and should have been split up, and there was a slight lack of organization on our parts.

That said, up until the point Eric hit the ground it was a great day. Nice gathering of bikes at Starbucks, great weather (although a little chilly to start), and lots of great twists and turns laid out before us.

NO, I WASN'T TRYING TO BACK IT IN!

We missed the breakfast rush and beat the lunch rush over at Orsak's in Fayetteville. Not sure about the other tables, but almost everyone at mine ordered the special.

A quick look at BlackWidow's rear brake and some bike ogling, and we were off - I was told to find us a gas station. Apparently that doesn't mean the same as "Follow her, she knows where a gas station is."

Moe was the only one that followed me to the Shell in Industry.

Later down the road, Moe and I came upon a group of riders stopped on the side of the road wondering where a gas station was. Hmmm....

The sad part is that the working station was only 3 feet ahead
