I'd definitely try it out on a goldwing, valkyrie, rocket III, etc. anything under about 800 lbs, no way.

actually maybe the pics do tell us (unless old marks on pavement). Looks like he laid down rubber which could only be caused by rear breaking. Probably came into corner too hot, braked, went into slide and then released brake. Instant high side no matter what tire you are using.

Yeah, no . I can see exactly what happened, he leaned on the edge of the tire where it has zero traction cause only a part of tire no bigger than a pack of cigs was touching.

Pretty self explanatory.
