Scala Rider?

we sell them where i work. i have heard mixed reviews from my customers. some say they are great. others said they had problems. they will repair/replace them under warranty, but youd best have kept the reciept and not be a day outside the 1 year mark or they give you the cold shoulder.

my philosophy behind the parts counter is not to try and make sales, but to make customers...so i dont really try and pitch products i dont believe in.

so...im asking YOU. if you own one of their devices post up the good/bad/ugly of your experience. have you owned one before or after another product? please compare them.

Go with SMH10's... Far better product IMHO. Better volume, ease of use.

he works for them... He isn't looking for suggestions... I own a G4 volume is great never had an issue hearing music or phone calls. I have had issues pairing with my buddies G4 especially going from listening to music to talking. Had a issue once with the speaker but customer service sent me another one with fairly little hassle.

I have the G4 and love it. We've had a few glitchy experiences, but nothing major. Usually we can power off, back on and problem solved. Prothos had to do a reset on his because he was getting some static.
