My bike is my daily. Been riding it for over a year straight. I don't own a car. So I have no choice. Riding is not just a pleasure to me, it's a means of getting around.

After a year straight, I do want a car now.

I stay the away from 610. I pay to use the Sam Houston Tollway, worth the 2.60 a day to me.

I commute maybe once or twice during the week. From sugar land (w.belfort@hwy6) to Houston (san felipe @ s.voss).

I enjoy the ride, that's why I bought the bike. The traffic? I aint even excited. Like VegasKid said - I enjoy the ride home and it helps aide with the relief of stress. I noticed that Ive been getting stressed out a lot lately while caging.

12 out of 23 workdays last month. 62 mile roundtrip.

As long as the job doesn't require a suit, I'll use the bike as much as I can.

I would, unfortunately my company has no parking available on site, so I have to park several blocks from the office and take their shuttle in. I won't leave the Duc parked out of sight for 9+ hours a day in a lot that has not security of any kind.

For all you guys who have to ride in traffic...do yourselves a favor and get a motard!!! There is no traffic on sidewalks I usually look for short cuts like along bayous or jogging paths too I never get stuck in traffic with that thing

plus you get good MPG, ergos are better and your more alert because of the seating(u can see above some cars)

Ever since I got my new KLR its been my daily commuter. I haven't even touched my cage since I got it.

FYI: I put 950 miles on it since it rolled out of the dealership three weeks ago.

The f4i is a great commuter. I raised the bars as high as I could and it does fine.

It already had a pretty relaxed stance, with the bars up, even better.

On my RR, I had Heli bars that really brought the bars up but it was still incredibly uncomfortable. Great tack bike, awful commuter.
