Would never happen...I'm not out to prove anything at the track...just ask the people that have instructed me....I got good position and lean...I just have to roll on the throttle a bit more...I'm in no hurry, I know "fast" will come with more TDs.

We can't all be as awesome as blueballs

Hmm, I guess agree to disagree.

I'm not knocking having a 1k for a track bike, I wouldn't want to because I know I would get carried away haha. I loved the vtwin for it's power all over the place, but not enough to send you into orbit unless you were pretty careless vs the 1k which is just waiting on the launch pad for that one mistaken throttle chop coming out of the corner

Understood.

See... I have basically stuck to the smaller tracks thus far (GSS and MSRH). There's no going 180 at those two. I have purposely stayed away from TWS (Texas World Speedway) for this reason alone but I will eventually end up there... I'll be working on my cornering a lot lot lot more before heading out to the big one.

My rear did the skippy bounce at MSRH (I urinated a little but kept my focus) but I think that was more of a tire issue than me. I have fairly decent throttle control. If it gets a bit harrowing for me, you can bet on me rolling off the throt (and then promptly getting rear ended by mister angryblueballs).

GSS on a liter bike. Did you take your moped to the 1/4 mile the next day?

You can chop the throttle till your falls off, just dont be a and stop right in right in front of someone to keep from runnin off the track. Nut up and go pick your flowers.

Since this argument is almost dead, lets start it up again.

There's not much you can do if someone cuts in front of you and brake checks you in mid-turn.

Best advice is to try and listen for people and in a situation like that, slow down a little to get a little extra cushion...but that's about it. Sometimes it'll happen so fast there's no time to react.

Would I be mad? Yes. Would I get all -hurt and quit tracking me bike? No, but maybe he just got burned out after 15 years or however long he said he has been doing track days.

At a track day, it is the PASSER'S responsibility to make a clean pass. In this case, the passer didn't and caused someone to wreck.

My .02, but it ain't worth much.

On the internet, yes...my name is NewRider, one word no last name.

If you're addressing me on the internet, sure feel free to refer to me y the screen name I chose.

I believe that is how he was addressing you...someone a few comments before referred to you as blueballs, it'll be alright...we'll get through this together.

Dude you are a genuine moron. He was referring to me as Dave, and assumed that I literally do have blue ball. My name however is NOT Dave, and I have caucasian . You two must eat paint chips together on the weekends. Do yourself a favor and dont reply to this. Your only making yourself look like more of an idiot.
