i've got a jardine midpipe & canister . i'm wondering what do i need to do next to improve the power . i was thinking i had a full system but i dont . it's stock from the engine to the bottom of the bike & then it's a jardine slip-on system .

^^^ +1

if not....
#1. get your suspension setup!!!!

#2 get a pc3...you can custom map it or not...but personally i think the pc3 has more gains then the exhaust.

#3 you can complete the exhaust if you'd like

On a 600rr, and most current 600's for that matter, you won't gain much by going to a full system. And, what you do gain will be biased towards the top end of the RPM range, with a drop in the lower end.
Our 600RR racebike uses a full Yosh exhaust, but my 600RR streetbike just has an Akra slip on because of that reason.

IMO, if you're not racing the bike on the track, where you'll never see below 10,000 rpm, I'd save the money.
A PCIII USB would smooth the power delivery some and give you a modest increase across the rpm range. We sell them for $289.95.

If you're looking for more low end / midrange, change the front sprocket to 1 tooth down. Typical cost is $29.95 for the sprocket and $34.00 for installation. I keep them in stock.

My 2 cents.

Wll a PC3 and new exhaust do anything for mine? They won't rev past 10k and both feel WAY down on power?

thorn, you need to hit a couple of trackdays, that'll make a big difference.

Clyde, you should just leave them the way they are, they're beautiful bikes and should be left untouched.

screw it, go ahead and do a full system on the Duc. You aren't sure about the RC anyway.
